President Park Apartments Review
A little old and rundown but well-managed and roomy. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and large walk-in closet. All problems that pop up are dealt with by maintenance quickly.

The only good thing is the location. It is close to campus (walkable and has a close bus stop) and is within walking distance of a grocery store and multiple food options.

President Park Apartments Review
Roomy apartments with a very nice management staff. The apartments are a little old, but other than that I have no complaints. I like the small gym on the apartments premises and there's also a pool.

Good Location but no Frills
The location is great for walking to school and there is a shuttle stop less than 5 minutes away. You can walk to a Publix and multiple other food places or shops in minutes. The apartments themselves are somewhat dated but very functional. The kitchens are on the smaller side but the bedrooms are spacious. They are pet friendly but there is a $300 deposit and $10-$20 pet rent per month.

Need Improvement
Leasing office's working efficiency is a little bit low. Hope they can help residents to solve problems as soon as possible, instead of only putting the request on their working list and make residents wait for so long a time.
Also hope they can solve the problem at once, instead of making residents ask them for help many times on the same trouble.
