Great value, awesome location

I live in the basement apartment with 4 other roommates I found on craigslist. The apartment is great, the kitchen is mostly new and we have a lot of food storage, we also have a washer and dryer on site. I also live about 7 minutes walk from the U street metro, Columbia Heights, Trader Joes, and 14th st. / U street bars.
