this place is 50/50

The property is minimally kept up.staff difficult to work with. Constantly passing issues to others int he office who you never see, or blaming things on corporate management which is convenient as they are in some remote location. Recently lied to me during a renewal saying that the first 2 renewal notices ( which advised of my $300 rent increase) must have been stolen from my door by kids or swept away by the wind, but the 30 day notice some home was left alone, thus leaving me with little time to find another place or exercise any other option. There have been no upgrades or visible improvements since I have lived here though supposedly that is what the increase is for- to improve the property ( not the apartments themselves though). Mice often and occasional bugs.
