Good Property, Bad Management
I live in a townhouse in the Capital Hill district of DC, 8 blocks east of Union Station. It's a great location to be able to experience what H Street has the offer, as well as Eastern Market. It's a short bike ride from Nats Park and Union Station is 2 stops from Metro Center and the Verizon Center, so it's a great area for deciding to go to a sports game on a whim. However the property management is subpar. While I recommend the Capital Hill district, the NW area of DC is probably better suited for incoming analysts who want to live in the city.
