Nice place, quiet, good value

Quiet neighborhood near Shirlington, a small downtown area with some good restaurants. Units are condos, but many are owned and rented out by private landlords. You get a lot of space for the money since it's off the Metro line, but there's a good bus line that goes through the neighborhood. Not too much within short walking distance so a car is necessary.
