Great Apartment!
This pre-war apartment is located on 55th street and 1st avenue, which is 5 blocks from the E, M and 6 subways. My apartment is a two bedroom converted and both rooms are spacious. It's a few minute walk on either end of the commute. While it isn't located right by school, it's very well priced, has a doorman, laundry, and all the necessities. It takes about 35 minutes door to door to get to NYU. I've been in this building for six years and am very happy with it.
