Cozy, convenient, and affordable

I love living in Gulph Mills Village. I have my own place and have plenty of space. I've never had any issues with the neighbors, including any noise issues. I pay significantly less than many of my friends in terms of rent & utilities, and my place is very nice. The apartment came unfurnished, so it was up to me to fill it out with furniture and decor once I moved in. I had to make an active effort to do so throughout the summer before 1L, but it was so worth it. I'm only 5-10 minutes away from the law school, and I am less than 5 minutes from the KOP mall and Dekalb Pike. I've been able to find anything and everything I've needed without ever having to travel too far. There are a number of nearby bus stops and train stations available for those who may not have a car. Parking is never an issue, there is plenty of space in the lot. Highly recommend Gulph Mills Village.

I love the location! We are a 5 minute or less walk from tons of restaurants, a grocery store, and a less than 10 minute drive from the KOP mall. We are less than 5 minutes from a train station that takes you right into the city. The drive to Villanova is less than 20 minutes, traffic included.

Absolutely amazing. You have access to literally everything within minutes of the apartment. Only downside is there aren't many other law students here besides myself. That's not really a big deal though as many of my classmates live within 10-15 mins (max) of my place.
