Super convenient, updated, elevator building

Recently updated building with studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units. 18-min walk to school. ACE123L subway lines on either corner. Walk to Union Sq, West Village, Meatpacking.

Rent directly from owners, not from a management company. Renting requires Co-op Board approval. Likely have to interview with the Board in person. Can take a couple of months to get approved.

Downsides: No large park besides the Highline nearby. Building has one elevator, can be down for repairs sporadically.
