Great Location but that's about it
Great location in East Village near union square and Stern. We also have a responsive super who helps when called. But no amenities, kinda expensive, very little sunlight, and management company takes long to respond.

Great location
This is my second year here and it’s been fine. It’s a walk up and a pretty old building so very basic, but it’s a great location.

Good building, no issues
I have lived in this building for 1.5 years with a roommate. I have never had any issues with the management company. The super is good and responsive. We had a few minor problems (vent in fridge broken, broken window) and they were fixed pretty timely. The only complaint is that the pipe are very loud in the winter but overall the apartment building is good. I have enjoyed living here

Typical walk-up
A typical walk up in East Village. Super lives in the basement and is fairly responsive. Some issues communicating at times though due to language barriers. Location is very convenient.
