Parkside of Old Town
Parkside is a nice apartment located near many restaurants and bars on Wells and Division in Old Town. I find the rent competitive for the size and quality of the apartment. It is also well located within the city, with great access to the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines.

Parkside of Old Town
Parkside is a nice and affordable apartment considering what it offers. The unit is approx. 850 sq. ft. with a balcony, making it feel very spacious. The floorplan is pretty well laid out, and the design does not feel outdated. Although I have not met many of the other tenants, people are generally courteous and quiet. It is well located to bus routes, the red line, and brown/purple line, and is near grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. There have been a few instances of crime in the immediate area, but it otherwise feels generally safe.
