Big But Quiet Complex

I've been here for 3 years. 1st floor residences flooded during Harvey. My car was stolen about 2 years ago. Other than that, the apartment manager and staff do try. Other tenants are typically either international or people who work in the Med Center. They are currently rebuilding 1st floor units.
