Willowbrook is rat infested
I lived in Willowbrook for 2 years. The apartment was old. The kitchen's stove, dishwasher, bathroom, was from the 70s at the earliest. There is a large mix of people that live in the property, and I believe there are a few 1/2 way houses, located on the property. Also, management shuffled a bunch, and was inconsistent with completing requests.
