Review
Good communication, few problems, free parking which is a bonus, very close to the highway so commuting is easy, and cheaper to live in the county than the city especially if you want to live alone

Quiet Place in Parkville but thin walls
The apartment has amenities such as gas range and stove, spacious layout, balconies with a great pool and water pad play area for children. The buildings could use an update on the carpeting that is in the stairwells and the doors to everyone's apartments desperately need a mechanism to stop them from slamming; the sound from someone slamming a door will make you jump no matter where you are in your apartment. The staff in the front office are nice and have become increasingly responsive to the complaints that we have had. Not sure we'll stay another year but a decent place to be nonetheless.
