Great spot
For the money this apartment is very good! The rent is reasonable, the apartment is old fashioned and well maintained, management is responsiveness and the residents friendly (typically working professionals and young families). I wish there were more common spaces, outdoor grilling or recreation areas. The only other complaint is most units do not have washer/dryer in unit and you have to pay in a common laundry facility.

Lyon Village Reviews
MOM's market is on-site. I shop there occasionally but prefer the cheaper option of Giant down the street (a short drive or walk). The metro is a short and safe 5-minute walk away. The building does sit right off Lee Highway, but I have never had any noise or other problems associated with this. I like how quickly I can pull onto the major road instead of navigating around crowded city traffic. I drive to school in under 5 minutes via Lee Highway.
