Very good given the low price

Free (uncovered) parking, in-unit washer dryer, electricity, water all included in rent. Very pet friendly. Room space is pretty small, but there are some storage closets. Close to McLean Metro station. No gym. Kitchen/bathroom appliances are outdated and floors are creaky, but the total rent for the 3 bedroom is $2150, so it's really good given the price. I have no issues with noise.
