Woodbury Heights Condo
Very nice and quiet building. Very close to the metro stop in court house. Coffee shops, restaurants, and stores close by. Safe area that I feel comfortable walking around at night. There is a gym and pool but the gym is pretty small. All in all I would definitely recommend living here

Good Location, Okay Building
This is an older Condo Building. It has a swimming pool and a small work out room. Parking is also included in my rent which is nice (one spot for my 2 bedroom unit). My unit has been recently renovated which is nice. There are frequent maitence issues with the building (elevators, water, fire suppression, garage) but not with my unit. I like that it's close to the metro, the building is a condo building so it does not have as many / as nice amenities as some others near by, but is also slightly cheaper and includes parking.

Older building with beautiful views and great location
We loved this building from the first time we visited and were sold when we found a unit with monument views. It's a little older than most of what is in the area, but our building staff are wonderful and the age did bring the price down a little from other units we look at in this neighborhood. It's very quiet for a condo building, even though we're VERY close to an elevator it's never a problem. The location can't be beat either, quick walk to Clarendon or Georgetown, easy access to good running trails, and the metro is just a block away.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
