Great building in a great location
Nice, clean building; relatively spacious compared to other one bedroom apartments downtown. Great combination of small building charm with some of the amenities of a larger building (elevator, laundry, etc.). Best part, though, is the location - 15 minute walk to campus and three blocks from Union Square subway hub. Also, the location of the building has the advantage of having the East Village right below it, but being removed from the craziness of that location.

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
