Newly Renovated Brooklyn Mansion

This duplex has been recently renovated and contains stainless steel appliances, in-home washer and dryer, and access to a rooftop balcony! The Clinton Hill location is close to both the C/G trains and is around the corner from the Pratt Institute. Locals are very nice and the building is located around the corner from great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The prices are significantly lower than other Brooklyn neighborhoods and offers tremendous value for the proximity to Manhattan.
