Great

Besides the heat (that we can't control), this is a great spot!

Nice (but small) apartment in incredible location

I could not be happier with the location of this apartment - it's on a quiet street in SoHo, located less than a 10 minute walk to NYU, with nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and small bars. The unit I'm in faces a courtyard, so it's very quiet, but still gets a lot of light. The unit is small, but the appliances and fixtures are nice and updated, the building is clean, the management is responsive, and the other tenants in the building are mostly young professionals, and very friendly.

SoHo Reviews

7 reviews
- Under 10 min walk to Stern
- Great access to subway, esp. 1/C/E/N/R (but mainly local)
- Amazing fancy/cheap food options
- Fair Folks & A Goat = $35/mo unlimited (!) coffee/tea
- Close to 24/7 CVS and many bodegas
- Not close to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's
- Perfect or ruinous for fashion- / retail-oriented
Very fun neighborhood with lots of cafes and stores.
Best neighborhood.
I love the neighborhood! It's an easy walk to campus, lots of great shopping and fun restaurants nearby. It is really loud on our street at the rush hour evening time but otherwise I love living here.
Safe and fun neighborhood with everything you need. So close to campus.
Close to campus. Lots of restaurants, bars. Grocery stores nearby, quick access to three different subway stations.
SoHo is hard to beat.
