Hoboken is a great option for Sternies
If you don't want to spend a fortune, you can skip Manhattan and live in Hoboken. If you stay close to PATH you can take the PATH train to 9th street- 6th avenue, 5-10 minutes walk from Stern building. Hoboken has a lot of restaurants and bars and is a good place for people who want convenient but quiet place.
