Good space but very loud
The location is not great due to the people in the neighborhood on 2nd ave and it's very loud from my floor looking out on 2nd ave (traffic, sirens, people yelling). Roof deck is nice and was recently redone. Laundry and trash are in the basement, which can be a drag.

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
