Generally good experience
Building is in a good area with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Not an especially trendy neighborhood but filled with lots of young professionals and recent college grads. Convenient to most of midtown / lower manhattan. The building itself is pretty well maintained with a responsive super. Building includes an elevator and laundry in the basement.

Personal Space in a Great Neighborhood
I absolutely love my building, my neighbors, my neighborhood and our sense of community. We look out for each other, keep our building clean, quite and secure. All units are studio or 1 bedroom so we all have our own personal sanctuaries to retreat to.

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
