Love my apartment, great location!

I have loved living at IMT Germantown. It is a great building with friendly staff and residents. Amenities include a gym, pool, parking garage, security staff, coffee machine, lounge areas including a huge rooftop with a fire pit overlooking the downtown strip (beautiful at night!), and much more. My commute to Belmont is about 15 minutes. The building is in the Germantown neighborhood which is just over a mile north of downtown, and is a cute area with lots of restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend it!

IMT Germantown

I love living in Germantown. I have lived at this complex for three years now and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It is walking distance to so many cafes, coffee shops, and restaurant. My rent also includes my pet fee of $15 per month. There’s a gym, music room, multiple conference rooms, amazing pool, rooftop with ping pong and a view of Nashville’s skyline, and a free coffee machine downstairs pool table downstairs. The rent may seem high but that’s after two increases in rent over the past two years. They usually have some sort of new lease deal for newcomers also!

This is a good, small neighborhood to live in. There are some restaurants and shops nearby and the area feels relatively safe (however if you walk a few blocks over not so much). There's not really a decent grocery store nearby, but it is close to the Bicentennial Park and Farmers Market.

This is a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is also a good distance from everywhere else in Nashville, with highway ramps close by.

I LOVE the Germantown neighborhood! There are a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby. I have never felt in danger here when walking my dog, even at night. It's a thriving neighborhood with tons of young adults.
