Location location location
Living far away from the subway can be a commuting nightmare, but not at the Murray Park. You're a block away from the 6 train and it's easy to get across town on the M-34. The building is mixed, but tends to be young like the neighborhood. Downside is no roof deck or gym but, NYSC/Equinox/Crunch are all within walking distance.

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
