Affordable but far
It's very affordable, and the 1-bedrooms are very spacious. It's close NJT buses, but the commute can range from 50 minutes to 3 hours, which is the biggest downside. I've had some routine maintenance issues, and maintenance has always showed up within 30 minutes of my calling which is fantastic. However, I do have a consistent ROACH problem (see about 3-4 a day)
