Spacious and Bright

cannot beat the commute to NYC, The PATH trains are right around the corner...good building to live in if Space is the criteria.Mall and restaurants are super close by

The building is old so not many amenities, a lot of parks. Good for families with Kids, definitely not a great school district.

Management is good with fixing issues, but at times they are bad.

In all good place to live in...value for money. We have been living in the area for about 9 years now.

The Manhattan view from the Hudson is magnificent.
