The Residences on Jamboree
The location is great as it is a 10-minute drive to UCI. The facilities are well-provided and clean. The building looks and feels fairly new. It is not furnished but basic amenities like oven, fridge, laundry, dryer and microwave are provided.

Everything seems fine but rent
The rent is too high for the 2b2b apartment. And the rent was $3499 per month, but just because we can't pay the move-in fee IN-PERSON, they raise my rent to $3799. My initial move-in date was set on 1st Sep, and I am able to pay the move-in fee with VISA or Electric Wire or even the transfer. But the apartment said it must be handle the cashier's check in person, as an international student, it is unrealistic due to we don't have American bank account. So we have to change the move-in date, and the rent raise extra $200 per month. It is an awful experience, but at that time, every apartment is that price so we have to continue rent the apartment unwillingly.
