Poor
This place was definitely overpriced for what it was. 750 sq. ft, kitchen smaller than a closet. We had a horrible experience from the get-go with this place. Water damage, cockroaches, poor management.
Location was so-so. Not horrible but closer to Fullerton than I would have liked, and I did not always feel great walking about at night. Also, no utilities were included so in addition to the rent, we had to pay for heat, water, gas, electricity, cable, ect.
The building itself was not particularly nice, and neither were it's inhabitants. I must say, though, that their handyman was excellent. Gelu really did all he could to help fix the problems in our unit. Unfortunately, he was the only handyman so he was balancing too much work.
