Good location and apt size for this price
I used to rent one bedroom apartment A7 for 2 years and I would say that it was a decent deal for this location. 5 min from blue line Chicago, 30 seconds from bus 66, lot of restaurants and bars. Laundry inside a building. But the building was old, so if you need a good location, decent apartment size for low money- it's your choice
