Great Place to Live

I love living at the Apollo. It has great, modern amenities, a 24 hour concierge desk, package locker, a quick maintenance team, and beautiful apartments. It is extremely pet friendly and management is responsive. There are often community events. My apartment has modern appliances and huge windows - perfect for all my houseplants. It is located above a Whole Foods which makes grocery shopping a breeze and it is located on the red line (a quick walk away). Also a coffee shop in the lobby which can't be beat!

H Street Corridor Reviews

8 reviews
H Street Corridor is a great option. It is close to downtown, and has a growing number of bars and restaurants. There are a few grocery stores nearby, with more to come. It can be noisy if near actual H Street, but plenty of quieter, residential areas just a few blocks away. It is fairly safe, but as in most areas, you should be aware of your surroundings.
It's a fast-growing, transitioning neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Will undoubtedly be one of the best neighborhoods in DC in 10 years.
It's a good area, closer to school than people realize.
The H Street Corridor has a lot to offer - restaurants, bars, botique gyms, grocery stores, etc. - however, at times the neighborhood doesn't feel as safe as other parts of the city.
Love the H Street Corridor. There is so much to do and many new restaurants and bars popping up. I do a bit dread the new found popularity and high rises popping up everywhere.
The apartment is on H Street in H Street Corridor. H Street is a historic DC neighborhood and has anything I would ever need within walking district. There are awesome restaurants and bars, and a nightlife scene for those who are into it.
Very social and I don’t feel unsafe
Close proximity to union station and groceries. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Yearly H St festival, felt safe around the area
