Nice spacious apartment with many utilities included in rent with so many amenities including gym on the first floor, protected mail room, and rooftop patio area with grills. 8-10 minute walk to campus is super ideal for commuting. Parking is not included and is somewhere in the ballpark of ~$200(?). Bike racks in the garage. Security is well with key fob access to almost all doors in the building and security cameras everywhere

Very new facilities. Always felt safe in the building. Nice and close to campus but still get a city feel. Management was great. Would like to live a little closer to the city, but for the cost this has been great. Surrounding neighborhood is relatively safe, especially east.

The Warren apartments are conveniently located less than a mile from Rush, west loop, and is only a short bus ride away from Wicker. The apartment itself has new appliances, floors, cabinetry, and bathrooms. Depending on the unit, the only downside is that the bedrooms don't get a lot of natural light. However, the balcony for each unit makes up for it especially in the summertime. There is also a rooftop with grills that is open to residents.

It has been a phenomenal time living here. This apartment is jokingly called the Rush Dorm in our grade cause we have many fellow classmates and other Rush Employees. It is also a 8 min walk to campus which is a HUGE plus if you're rolling out of bed.

The building is about 2 years old and very beautiful. For two people, the 2bed units are a great size with a lot of storage and space. The neighborhood is up and coming, but seems pretty safe. 2 blocks from the train and 1 block from the Madison bus.
The management company is incredibly responsive - we had someone come to look at a leaky sink within 20 minutes... on a Sunday! The flooring and construction seems a bit cheap, but for a rental it's great and looks brand new.
