Quiet and convenient condo living

Warwick is a pretty well-maintained condo in a beautiful older building. Laundry in the basement, and the rooftop deck is newer and has amazing views of the national cathedral. My studio is a decent size, about 400 sq ft, and I like the hardwood floors. The building is really close to Glover Park, a grocery store, and there are several bus stops nearby.

Nicely renovated historic building

Warwick Apartments is an historic building built in the earlier half of the 20th century. Units are updated and spacious. Storage space is included. The location is a short walk to a Giant grocery store and many great bars and restaurants, including Two Amys. Georgetown University is roughly a 25 minute walk and short bike ride.

Georgetown Reviews

Literally the perfect neighborhood in DC. It's right on the border of Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. They are the best three neighborhoods in DC, and you are basically a part of all three of them in this location. It is extremely safe and quiet, but also a short walk into the busier parts of town for entertainment.
Georgetown is the perfect place if you want to live somewhere that is safe and quiet.
Georgetown provides a good balance of a quieter living along with good proximity to local bars and restaurants.
So much to do and always lively! Kind of gives you a city feel but still relaxed. Grocery stores are close and there are many shopping/dining/ bars to go to. Close to the waterfront and movie theater is two blocks away. Boat rentals is walking distance and there are great running trails!
Georgetown is a quiet, safe neighborhood with tree-lined brick sidewalks that make it look more of a southern city like Savannah than the rest of D.C.
Georgetown is a great place to live if you spend a lot of time on Georgetown's campus. The school is in walking distance and the neighborhood has a cozy feel. Great proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping. However, Georgetown is cut off from the rest of DC and it is a bit more difficult to get to/from other areas of the city.
Excellent neighborhood and within walking distance of hospital. Very safe.
Beautiful neighborhood that provides suburban feel with inner city proximity. More residential with less places to go out than some other neighborhoods but still close enough access to anything you would need
