Get what you pay for
Dirty, not well managed, great for pets, maybe the worst management company I have every dealt with. I am technically subletting and so NO work was done to my place before moving in. I had to clean -- and repairs took OVER 4 weeks to fix and only after I threatened to withhold rent as is my right as a tenant.
