2 E Erie Review
My roommate and I love the spacious floor plan, the in-unit washer and dryer, and that we get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for $1350/month each. It is about a 10 minute walk away from campus which is very doable and it is nice to live a couple minutes from Trader Joe's!

Good for the cost
Location can't be beat on the corner of State and Erie. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are nice for the most part - a couple of the doormen aren't the friendliest but they're not mean, I guess. Top floor with a great view and deck area. Okay gym but equipment is old.

Centrally Located Building
Great location, steps from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Jewel. Updated gym on site and private parking available. Also close to the red line. Lacks a pool, which many other buildings nearby have, but it has a great view from the rooftop and several communal grills available for residents.

Great location and respectful neighbors
An amazing place to live - could not imagine living in another building in Chicago. Standard River North amenities (doormen, gym, amazing rooftop with grills and plentiful seating, dry cleaning in building) and conveniently positioned close to the best River North amenities while remaining relatively free of tourist traffic.

River North Reviews
It's a sort of business district, so you're in the middle of all the skyscrapers, but they're all beautiful and nothing seems to block out the light. The riverwalk is gorgeous, and is especially fun to walk along on summer nights. It feels safe and secure.
There are so many places to go out to eat, we're spoilt for choice. That said, the cost of living downtown is pretty high. As much as with any big city like Chicago, e.g. New York.
