Great location and apartments, management and amenities are disappointing
I was one of the first few residents to sign a lease and move into the building. It was a wonderful experience and I truly enjoyed the first year, despite hiccups with the boiler, garage break ins, etc. The previous building manager, Kevin, was very sensitive to resident complaints and responded quickly.
Greystar now manages the building and has not shown the same care. We had a power outage a few months ago -- I contacted the emergency contact and was told to "call Seattle City Light yourself, I'm busy", when it was an obvious building issue. Hot water shut offs, lack of coffee/milk in the coffee machine (*ONLY* true amenity in the building), and issues with management staff parking in handicap/assigned spaces continue to be an issue. And issues with billing/utilities.

Sunset Electric - Promising but Unfortunate
Sunset Electric was an apartment building I was very excited about, but in reality, it wasn't quite what I was looking for. The rent is extremely raised for how tiny of an apartment it is, and the management, who means well, isn't very helpful. The best part was the amount of sunlight that comes in through the windows.

Capitol Hill Reviews
the area is clearly in flux and growing as employers in downtown Seattle continue to grow, ie Amazon, Expedia, etc.
