Expensive but amazing apartment

Really nice apartment building. The people who live here are pretty much all working professionals so its nice and quiet on the weekends and late at night. I have a balcony with a view of the lake and the skyline but my rent reflects that. The rooftops are on the two main buildings and they have amazing views of lake union and the Seattle skyline. The bus to campus is easy you just take the 31/32 but the transportation to cap hill is not convenient same with Downtown. Very residential neighborhood so you aren't very close to any convenient stores, grocery store is a mile away and uphill so that can be inconvenient. I have a car so that makes my life easier but parking is a separate price. Amenities are awesome, great gym, business center, game room, courtyards, rooftops with grills, place to let out your dogs.

I don't understand why anyone in the MBA doesn't live in Wallingford. It is clearly the best mix of close to campus and also an awesome neighborhood.
I don't know about the neighborhood. I go to school and go home but there is a QFC, nails salon and most of what I need nearby.
Wallingford is great
Conveniently close to school, buses run, close to I-5 and Highway 99. A good mix of elderly, young families and young singles.
Great neighborhood, close to school and easy access to most things.
