Lark at Kohl
The Lark at Khol is conveniently located to Grainger Hall, and other campus locations. I have never taken the bus yet because it's much faster to walk. The building is fairly quiet, and provides vast amenities including a quiet study space, etc.

Very good apartment, only disadvantage is that there is noise that you can hear from your own room.

Good bang for your buck
Lark at Kohl is a good value for what I'm paying. It isn't luxury but it has everything that I need, including in-unit laundry, a fitness center, and good location.

Affordable, simple, nice, kind of loud sometimes
It is a furnished apartment complex which is great. The amenities are very good (workout room+group workout space, large study area, rec room, Coffee shop in the lobby). The management is pretty responsive if there is an issue. If there is a repair needed they usually get on it pretty quick. The only downside is that you may get some neighbors who are very loud and the walls are not soundproof. It can get noisy on the weekends (or other days for that matter). It is close enough to everything that you can walk everywhere (campus and Capitol Square) but tucked away a bit on Bedford. Overall, not bad. If the walls were not so thin it would be perfect. Also note, there is VERY little storage. You generally get 1 closet per bedroom (depending on your floor layout).

Nice, clean, but you can hear outside noise
It's a great place to live. It's newish, comes completely furnished with nice appliances and furniture. The gym is suitable for me to do my workouts.
The only bad thing is that the outside/exterior walls are thin...I'm on the third floor and from my bedroom I can hear EVERY noise... I can hear conversations people are having outside on the steps on the first floor, I can hear someone outside buzzing in from the entry doors, I can hear a cough from outside, I can hear the parties going on. You'd think you wouldn't be able to but I will not live here again because of this.

Simple and Great
If you are low maintenance and just want a nice, safe, quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to call home with all the amenities you need, this is a great place to live.

Nice amenities, management is nonresponsive
All of the apartments come fully-furnished, which is nice; but they screwed up by not installing extra-long beds. If you're over 5'9", your feet will extend over the bed. The apartment units are spacious, but if you ever have an issue, you have to send multiple emails and follow up multiple times to get their attention (or delay paying rent), because they come off as if they really don't care about any issues you might have. The maintenance guy is really helpful, but the front office is pretty bad. They also think 2 grills for 200+ units is enough. They should add at least another one.
