Absolutely avoid

We moved out of this place in June of 2022. I just received a notice that I have been sent to collections. I paid my OVERPRICED rent (~$1500 for a 3bd/2ba with NO UPGRADES) on time and in full. After we moved out, I contacted the front office to let them know we did not owe them anything and we needed proof via photos before I paid for anything. I am prior military and my husband and I have been renters for over a decade and NEVER been charged money when leaving a place. This is ridiculous.

We stayed here for 15 months and it was horrible. The neighbors was dirty, the trash compactor was always empty but people left trash on the steps and outside. People don't clean after their pets. Kids played in the parking lot and touched cars (someone, i assume a child, wrote homophobic slurs on our car) There was constant cheap weed smell coming into our unit through the laundry closet and when we to the they said our vents were just dirty. I know what weed smells like. The gate was broken all the time and the keypad sits so far from the curb that you have to open your door to reach it.

I see that they have done the same thing with collections to a few other people, please contact me because I am interested in civil litigation.
