The apartment complex is situated in the heart of Westwood Village, offering convenient access to amenities such as Trader Joe's and Target, as well as a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's worth noting that the neighborhood is known for its safety and security.
While the building does not have central air conditioning, residents are permitted to use portable units. Additionally, the complex features a well-equipped gym and a pleasant pool area for recreation and relaxation.
Parking availability within the complex is limited, but street parking is generally accessible and not overly challenging.

An average and normal living experience
It's inconvenient due to lack of elevators. The smell of marijuana comes from neighbors' apartments through pipes when they smoke marijuana in their apartments. The door has no cat eye or a door chain.

Great place for students
My small studio is perfect for my dog and me. The management is also very responsive and whenever I have issues, maintenance comes very quickly.

Great But Pricey
Great experience, responsive to any maintenance issues, beautiful courtyard, quiet, walking distance to campus... only downside is that you do pay for it

Ideal location and community if you can afford it
Quiet community in between the bustle of Westwood and the residential neighborhoods nearby. Management is very responsive and on top of it. Close to Trader Joe’s, Target, etc. Only con is the price, so I guess it is no surprise everything is top-notch.

Decent living space
Has everything you need if you're not high-maintenance (gym could use some updating, but mgmt doesn't seem that involved or responsive). Includes small gym, laundromat, and pool. Can opt to walk to UCLA campus and near walking distance to many places in Westwood or a cheap Uber ride away from Brentwood and West Hollywood.
