They're great at keeping up the place. The nature trail is amazing for our dogs. The pool is always clean. The dog park is always grassy and our pups love it! The laundry rooms are clean.

Not close to any bars or other interesting nightlife but relatively nondescript. Close to highways, which makes everything in Durham ~10 min away. Not a lot of walking paths, but you can walk around in neighborhood.
secure, close to all things needed
This complex is convenient for anyone working at Duke. It's close to the highway so noise can be an issue depending on where you are in the complex.
Relatively safe
