Expensive
Nice new community but super expensive. Not very fast at responding to maintenance requests.

Windmill Parc
It's very new and modern. Great stainless appliances and tons of space. Has an elevator and indoor hallways with secured access, which I was looking for. The apartment looks nice but you can tell they are cheaply made, brand new but lining is peeling off cabinets already, etc.. but will do for the time I'm in school here. Love the gym and pool area. Movie room, pool table and common areas are nice to have study groups in. Pet friendly with a fee. Nice dog park on the property and lots of space to walk dogs. Walls are thin. I can hear the baby that lives below me cry but other than that, it's been ok so far. 4 minute drive to campus. Directly across from the Dulles Town Center which is a mall that has a movie theatre and restaurants. 2 minutes to a Target/Costco shopping center. Very centrally located to jump on the bigger roads to get to Clinical. The parking is a little frustrating. It's not assigned so you just park where ever you can find a spot which gets full in the evening. I haven't had too big of issue yet but sometimes have to walk from the other side of the property.

Excellent Upscale Apartment
My experience has been absolutely wonderful. The apartment complex is super modern and upscale. Neighbors are friendly. Gym, pool, community center and rec room are wonderful. Very close to the Ashburn nursing school campus!
