Simple but affordable and close to school
Living in a 2&2 for about 815.
Overall
Very happy with the location. Price is a steal for the area and management is very hands off unless you contact them. Coin-op laundry is in buidling but not in unit, but has not been a problem.
Location
Place is right near the bars on Wilshire and walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop.
You will need a car (its in LA) and driving to school can be between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day because you have to cross the 405.
