Great location but construction constantly

I love my unit. It is renovated, spacious, and in a great location. My neighbors are building a new 5 story building and my building has been undergoing retrofitting. It has kept my rent low but at the cost of a lot of noise.

Great place for a couple

One bathroom, two beds, older apartment,with old shower/tub, only one parking spot reserved but great location. Door to Anderson Door is 10 min w/o traffic, no more than 25 minutes with, because you have many alternative routes at high traffic times. 1.5 miles from grad gym, close to bars, and most Santa Monica social hangouts. Landlord is nice, but maintenance can be slow to respond to small issues sometimes. It is pet friendly.
