Management sucks

The management here sucks. They constantly make accounting errors with our rent and parking, and are incredibly unresponsive, incompetent, and disorganized. They will intentionally avoid and disregard residents who bring up genuine concerns like pest problems. The building itself is okay. The buildings have a cockroach problem and the elevators are broken half the time. The cleaning company they hired for general maintenance of the common spaces like hallways and corridors are pretty good though and come frequently.
