Good building for students and young professionals

Overall solid apartment and maintained well. Recently went through management changes but most things have remained or improved. Extra charges for parking, utilities, storage (except bikes) and pets, but building is pet-friendly and many people have them. Not a lot of families, seems to be mostly Northwestern and Loyala grad students or working professionals. Can park on site (very good during winter, no shoveling) and commute or use the Howard terminal to easily take buses/trains. Conveniently located next to shopping plaza with grocery store, clothing, gym, etc.
