Great Location and Nice Apartment!
I have enjoyed living at One333. The location is perfect for public transit, and the apartments are very nice. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are great although a bit smaller. As with all large apartment buildings there can be improvements to things such as to the mail system and security, but I personally haven’t had problems. I have found everyone to be generally nice. It is pricey, but it feels like somewhere I could stay for multiple years which was important to me.

Great spot for UChicago graduate students
Close to a lot of public transit and amenities. UChicago shuttles pick up and drop off nearby. Really convenient to get to spots in the Loop. Nice parks and green space for my dog, although it is a few streets over.
As a UChicago law student, I recommend it to others.

Great for couples
This building has a number of great floor plans for couples (1BR, 1BR + Den, 2BR). All 2BR apartments have balconies. The floor to ceiling windows are great and offer phenomenal natural light and great views. Plenty of closet storage and modern appliances throughout (including in-unit W/D). The building staff is friendly and attentive. Everything from package management to maintenance requests are well done.

South Loop Reviews
Across Michigan Ave from Grant Park. 10-minute walk from the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, and Soldier Field.
Roosevelt station is very close by and incredibly convenient if you don't mind taking the train or buses, but it is a transit hub, so expect increased numbers and variety of people.
Not far from the rest of the Loop, and you can still easily make your way north for study groups and social events.
If went further south than 22ND street it tends to get a little sketchy, but overall a nice area.
