Nice place to live, mediocre management
I really like the apartment complex. Good location, quiet, good neighbors. Extremely disappointed that the gym has been out of commission the entire time I've lived there though. Major drawback as it was part of my decision to move there. The rooms unfortunately are quite dark, as they do not come with overhead lighting. Very odd feature, as I do not like having to place lamps all over the place to brighten the space. So that is one reason I will not live here long-term. Being pet friendly to dogs of all sizes, this complex really needs designated walking trails and a dog park. Since the new management took over they have been spending money on repairing minor cracks in the road, replacing perfectly good signs for parking, and new landscaping (removing many beautiful trees from the complex which was a huge bummer). Yet, the gym is still not fixed. So frustrating!!!
