Affordable and Good location
My apartment is 700 SQF and started with 975 per month for my first year. The community is really quiet so suitable for law students. In addition, the management cares about the residents, and always fix things within 24 hours. Only 5 mins away from the short pump mall and 20 mins (door to door) from school.
I would recommend this community because it is affordable, safe and convenient.

Affordable Apartment near Shopping + Work
The Crossings @ Short Pump is a nice little community in Short Pump. It is convenient to both work and shopping. It's near the Short Pump Town Center as well as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and any other restaurants you can think of. It's about a 15min commute from C1.
