Best part is the location... Of course you are living in a box in a walkup building. But who cares its the greatest city in the world. The neighborhood is the living room. Lots of shops, Cafes, Restaurants and nightlife nearby. Virtually all modes of transit within reach. Endless options.

- Great access to subway, esp. 1/C/E/N/R (but mainly local)
- Amazing fancy/cheap food options
- Fair Folks & A Goat = $35/mo unlimited (!) coffee/tea
- Close to 24/7 CVS and many bodegas
- Not close to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's
- Perfect or ruinous for fashion- / retail-oriented

I love the neighborhood! It's an easy walk to campus, lots of great shopping and fun restaurants nearby. It is really loud on our street at the rush hour evening time but otherwise I love living here.
