Solid apartment with helpful management
The biggest nightmare I've had with apartment rentals has been management that has not cared, be it frustratingly bureaucratic or just outright negligent. Phoenix costs a bit more up front because of their broker fee, but in return they maintain the building well, respect your schedule, and go the extra mile to make things work for you.
